Apple Picking

The weather is getting cooler, the trees are starting to change, and that means it is time to go pick fresh apples from our local orchard!

We had to walk to the very back of the orchard to find good trees. It didn't take long for Andrew to find the perfect apple and dig in.

It's so hard to believe that around this time last year, he was eating his first whole apple. Now he eats them on an almost daily basis.

Unfortunately, the bees were out in full force and one managed to sting poor Andrew on his finger. We had to cut our apple picking a bit short in order to get a very unhappy Andrew out of the orchard and away from the bees.
