That is Daddy's (un)official measurement of how much snow we got from the storm that pummeled the East Coast. It made it tough for Andrew to get through the snow. He kept saying, "This is hard work!"
He still had a great time!
Daddy wasn't too thrilled to shovel the driveway and sidewalks.
You can just barely see the tops of our farolitos. It will interesting to see what they look like tonight when they automatically turn on.
Then we headed to the sledding hill.
The hill was the place to be. It felt like every kid in the neighborhood was there having a grand time in the snow.
Andrew went sledding with Julia, our next door neighbor and Andrew's buddy.
He went flying down the hill with Julia on his sled.
Even Mommy got in on the sledding action.
Once Andrew was hungry and tired, we walked back to our house.
And made a small detour to the neighborhood playground. Andrew wanted to slide down the slide, but he didn't get too far before he hit nearly a foot of snow.
It didn't matter. He still was having fun.
Andrew loves the snow!
