Sue the T-Rex was visiting the Liberty Science Center from her home at the Field Museum in Chicago, so Andrew took Ben to see the largest complete T-Rex skeleton.
Sue was quite impressive.
But the boys weren't too scared of her.
After learning about Sue, we visited rest of the Liberty Science Center. Ben got up close and personal with a terrapin.
And then he told Andrew all about the native fishes and animals in the nearby Hudson River.
The boys helped blow big bubbles.
Made a beach ball float in the air.
Practiced climbing a rock wall.
Andrew loved looking at snakes (he's like his Mommy!).
And Ben volunteered to help perform surgery on a banana who was suffering from "staple-pendicitis".
After we finished at the museum, we met Uncle Neal and Aunt Susie in Manhattan for dinner. It was a fun way to spend the day!
