On a whim, we decided to hop in the car and take Gamma down to Laurel, Maryland to visit cousins Dave, Lydia and baby Gioia. Even better, we found out that Andrew's second cousin Val was visiting from Tennessee!
Gorman Farm is starting to plant vegetables for the season, but the strawberries are already big and flowering.
It did not take long for Val and Andrew to find a little creek and start looking for tadpoles and frogs.
They saw plenty of movement in the murky water, but they were unsuccessful catching anything.
The farm is lovely.
Andrew loved throwing sticks for Quincy the dog.
Dave took Val and Andrew on a tractor ride. Andrew can't wait to ride on the tractor again.
Gioia is getting so big!
Dave played a quick game of peekaboo as he was closing up the barn.
