This is the third year he's participated in the Halloween Parade, and he's a seasoned pro. He knows to smile and wave at all the parents (and all the flashing cameras).

The Little Dippers look fantastic in their costumes and all of them can't wait to go trick-or-treating. This is, of course, after a full day of special Halloween snacks and lots of time on the playground to burn off energy.
