With Daddy's field campaign starting soon, we decided to take a weekend road trip and explore New England. We picked Andrew up from school after his lunch and headed up toward Vermont. Thankfully we were able to avoid the heavy traffic around New York City, and we managed to get to Vermont before it got dark.
We stopped at the state line rest stop to let Andrew stretch his legs.
And play in some big piles of leaves.
