It's time to begin our week stay at Rehoboth Beach! After dropping off a car at the Philadelphia airport for Aunt LE, Uncle Joel, Claire and Matthew, we headed south to Cape May so we could catch the ferry to Lewes, Delaware. Andrew had a blast on the ferry.
We saw several pods of dolphins, lots of fishing boats, and even had to find cover during a short rainstorm. As we were docking, Andrew started to get very excited about the start of our vacation. Yeah for the beach!
We dropped off our luggage, met Uncle Neal, Aunt Susan and Ben at our rental house, and quickly changed to hit the beach before dinner. After a quick swim in the Atlantic Ocean, we went to one of our favorite restaurants in Rehoboth - Zoggs. Andrew ordered mac and cheese for dinner and ate it willingly (nothing short of a miracle).
Ben was happy to see his Bumpa.
Andrew was telling Daddy how to take a picture on Uncle Neal's iPhone.
Let our vacation begin!
